*Wa alikum asalaam.* Renting to a non-Muslim who primarily sells alcohol and haram food is impermissible. However, if the business is mixed (e.g. a supermarket selling both halal and haram products) and the majority of products are halal, it is permissible.
Also, the rent may be permissible, especially if the haram portion is a minor part of the business. If the business is mainly haram, the earnings are haram.
