What is the shariah ruling on a kaafir or a mushrik entering inside the masjid where Muslims prostrate and worship Allah?

Answer
In the Hanafi school, a non-Muslim may enter a masjid other than al-Masjid al-Haram with permission, especially when there is a need or benefit. Al-Hidayah: "There is no harm in the People of Dhimmah entering the mosque with the permission of Muslims."
