Breaking a fast due to sickness
Question
If a person gets sick during the fast and needs to break the fast for health reasons, would the person have to fast 60 days or just fast one day? Additionally, if they choose to feed the poor instead of fasting?

Just that one day — the obligation is to make up the fast by fasting another day. Feeding the poor does not replace the fast in normal circumstances.
