Is it permissible to follow an imam in salah if the imam is unable to perform one of the integrals (arkaan) of the prayer?

Answer
*Wa alikumus salaam.* A person capable of performing the full rukn cannot follow an imaam who is unable to do so, because the imaam's prayer is deficient in a way that would make the follower's prayer invalid.
