What is the ruling on completing a khatm of the Qur'an -- do I stop at Surah al-Nas, or continue and stop at the first page of Surah al-Baqarah?

Answer

The khatm is completed upon finishing the last word of Surah al-Nas, and it is recommended to begin a new cycle by reciting al-Fatihah and a portion of Surah al-Baqarah.
