Answer
*Wa alaykumus salaam.* 1. In principle, there is no zakaat on personal property that is not acquired specifically for resale. Therefore, there is no zakaat on cars rented out; rather, zakaat will be due on the income if the conditions of zakaat are met. 2. If a person was in a coma for more than 24 hours (missing five salah and more), he is not required to make up the missed salah.
