*Wa alikumus salaam.* It depends on whether she is your mahram, e.g. grandmother, aunt, sister, mother-in-law — then there is no problem with shaking hands, embracing, or kissing on the forehead. If she is not your mahram, e.g. a cousin or distant relative, then embracing, kissing, or handshaking is not allowed.
